could you possibly share a screenshot of what alphabetical order do you mean? you said "codes" and then service operation workspace... so you mean the form tabs or something else? it's not clear how does it relate.
this is more a mystery then describing issue. please if possible, write "when I do ___, I expect to __ but instead ____." it will help to understand what you want to achieve. Adding screenshots would be excellent
