Hello Community,
I'm currently working on integrating Teams conversations via the sidebar in ServiceNow. When I try to add participants to the conversation, I receive an error stating that the user does not have access to the record.
I’d like to understand:
- Is it possible to add participants without assigning them additional roles?
- If roles are required, can I create a custom role and assign it to a user group specifically for granting access to the relevant records?
- Can this role be non-administrative, focused solely on enabling access for participation in the conversation?
Any insights or best practices on managing access for Teams sidebar conversations would be greatly appreciated.
