Can we set a default language in agent assist when proposing KBs ?

Hi all,

 

We work in a fully bilingual plateform with French and English users.

All our KBs have a FR and EN version.

In SOW, when opening Incidents, agent assist proposes KBs to the technicians.

At the moment, it proposes KBs in both language, so if searching for Outlook KBs, it will propose them no matter the technicians defaut language.

 

Having only 10 KBs showing, often we have the FR and EN version showing wich is not very usefull.

Is there a way to set it up so that it displays only KBs in the language used by the technician ?
