Recommendation are not getting displayed below assignment group field.

All → Task Intelligence For ITSM —> Setup
In the setup we have create the model named as “Incident Auto-Routing Model

Navigate to →  Service Operation Workspace → Create new incident.
Whenever we write a description and short description it should give a recommendation of Assignment group
Example :-  It should recommendation like “show AI / ML recommend value “
but it is not showing

Expectation :-  below is the example of service field . We need a blue message similar "show AI / ML recommend value"

@Pankaj  I also encountered the same issue while configuring the Task Intelligence stuff in our instance. This happens because you might be using the new SOW 4.2 or higher. Please find the KB article that explains the same and you can also enable the previous SOW by enabling a system property mentioned in the article below:
