Task Intelligence predictions not working in SOW

Hello,

I have installed Task Intelligence on the latest version and created a new model to predict the Assignment Group field depending on the input fields Short Description and Description. I've configured the conditions and trained the model on >20,000 incidents.

However, when I attempt to use the model in the SOW, I don't get any indication the model is working. I have read, from the below doc, that after version 4.2, clicking into the field should show the recommendations at the top of the choices. However, all I get back is 'No results found'.

Also, when I go to the Task Intelligence -> Monitoring, it says there has been no predictions made.

I have amended the resource generator to use my new model.

What am I doing wrong?

Everything looks in place.

The Action inputs are based on your setup so I'm assuming its correct.

One thing i did was to kick start the Model(i know its weird), But go to Predictive intelligence and find the model you have trained via Task intelligence. Test it couple of times to ensure you get result. Come back to SOW and test with same example.
