Variable Editor

Hey! how do I add the variable editor to my AITSM view on the incident record in SOW ?? 

I've added to the native view, but it is not showing up in SOW.

There should be a separate view called Workspace if you add that field on this view it is populated on the SOW.

Agent Workspace:

1) Open a record, then go to Configure > Form Layout (workspace view).
2) Add Variable Editor from Formatters and move it into a section.
3) Save and refresh the workspace.
