Just popping on to subscribe and say Hi, fellow Hoosiers. I am not new to ServiceNow but am taking advantage of the holiday slow time to go back through and formally fill out profile and check off those optional actions like signing up for a SNUG 😉 I used to work support for Eli Lilly as a contractor and later managed other Lilly contractors before moving over to ITSM development in 1996. I migrated over to ServiceNow back in 2014. I worked all over the US, Asia and the Middle East before coming home to Indiana in 2019, working remotely outside Mooresville through my LLC. I'm currently supporting a global telecom in their service transformation efforts.
