HR Agent Workspace vs. SNOW Native

We are in the process of upgrading to San Diego. We are wanting to evaluate HR Agent Workspace vs SNOW Native. Curious to what you use and why? What are your recommendations and why? Pros / Cons.

HR Agent workspace is built using UI builder for the benefit of agents with easy user interface to respond to inquiries, and resolve issues quickly compared to that of native UI.

Matt, ServiceNow did a major update in the San Diego release and Agent workspace was a large focus.  Furthermore, HR Agent Workspace is purpose built and designed for those users.  We recommend all customers leverage the workspace designed for their functional group. Would love to help discuss further.
