We are trying to implement Self Service/Citizen Development starting with catalog items. Ideally, we would want to leverage Catalog Builder, but our current Service Catalog does not work out of the box with Catalog Builder.
- Has anyone else found themselves in this situation?
- Did you move forward with implementing Catalog Builder?
- If so, do you have any advice/lessons learned you could share?
- If not, did you figure out another way to implement Self Service for Catalog Items?
I would also love to hear from anyone that has implemented Catalog Builder.
