Hello SNUG Members!

We're excited to launch our next in-person Indiana SNUG, on November 13th, 2025 in Indianapolis!

This meeting will feature an exciting agenda of user speakers, updates from ServiceNow experts, and community discussions with peers. The agenda is in development, so check back for more details. We will have a pre-SNUG workshop to start our day as well, our topic is TBC.

Tomorrow is the 2025 SNUG in Indiana on Thursday, November 13th! This SNUG will be hosted at High Alpha in Indianapolis, IN. We are excited to connect our customers to share best practices, knowledge, and network! Please see event details below.

Dress Code

We recommend business casual attire.

Parking Instructions

There is a public parking garage located on 824 Massachusetts Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Upon arrival, retrieve a ticket and feel free to park in an open stall that does not have a reserved sign in front. Your event host will validate parking at registration. After parking, exit the Garage on foot onto Mass Ave and then enter the building through the main doors under the High Alpha awning on Mass Avenue. 

Check In & Arrival Instructions

Check-in using our guest management device on your right-hand side. Search “High Alpha” in the directory and you will be connected with our Office Manager who will release the door and provide further instructions. 

Food and Beverages

Complimentary breakfast will be served for lab attendees. Complimentary lunch will be served for all SNUG attendees starting at noon. Appetizers and beverages will be available during the reception. Efforts have been made to accommodate food preferences.

 **If you plan to attend the workshop, please bring your fully-charged laptop in the event you are not seated near an outlet.**
