We're facing two issues with Knowledge Blocks in the AI Search portal:
Wrong View – Knowledge Block records open in "kb_view" instead of "kb_article_view" via Genius search results. Knowledge Articles open correctly. We tried creating a URL mapping, EVAM for the Knowledge Block table, but it didn't work.
Unexpected Results – Knowledge Block table is not added in our search profile source, and we've also added a condition in the Knowledge source to exclude records where class = Knowledge Block — yet Knowledge Block results still appear.
Ask: How can we either suppress Knowledge Block results entirely, or ensure they open in kb_article_view when clicked from genius results?
