Hello Iowa SNUG!!

My name is Darin Ohde and I’m the new SNUG Leader for the Iowa group.  My day job is at GreatAmerica Financial Services in Cedar Rapids, where I'm the Director of Service Management. We've been on ServiceNow since 2016. While my primary focus is within IT, I'm also building the case to push service management fundamentals into other service providers within our company (HR, Marketing, etc). 

ServiceNow is a powerful platform just oozing with potential value.  Actually realizing that value can take significant investment in dollars, process and people. My goal is to make our SNUG a powerful tool for each of us to maximize that realized value...aaaand maybe enjoy some free swag and taco bars along the way 🙂

What you can expect from me:

• Quarterly research through other members to identify the discussion topics/problems to solve that have the greatest impact on realized value.
• Share insight from research with ServiceNow and the partner community to focus SNUG meetings on the most valuable topics
• Attendance at as many SNUG meetings as possible
