Hi Team,
Can you please provide me more information or explanation what is Yellow Triangle with exclamation mark in an Incident.
As per my knowledge is it something comments are updated in an incident work notes last 24 hours or before.
What is this symbol?
When that symbol appears?
What is reason?
And how it helps?

Since it's not out of the box I would review Field Styles and see if you can look at the value to determine answers to your questions.

Right-click on the Numbers field and select Configure Field Styles. See if there is a style that is setting that icon.
