The count is getting mismatch during Certificate Authority (Godaddy,Digicert,Sectigo,Entrust) discovery between CA patterns and discovery Schedule.
Issue:
The count is getting Mismatch between Pattern or CA Rest API's and Discovery schedule. Attached the screenshot.
Issue Description:
Due to duplicate certificates, that is "Issuer Distinguished Name, Subject Distinguished Name, Valid to" are the same for the certificates. So due to that, fewer certificates are populated in the cmdb_ci_certificate table.
How to check Identifier issue:
Using ECC Queue/IRE payload result JSON, run the IRE simulation on the results JSON and check the results. If the count gets mismatches, then the issue is in the identifier entry for cmdb_ci_certificate.
Solution:
Added "Serial number" as the extra identifier in the identification section and also created PRB for the same. Attached the update-set in the PRB(PRB1444375) for too.
