Deploying a Software thru CSD , how the versioning of SCCM Application can be controlled

We are using CSD and automated the software deployment process.

I have a query on the software that has special instructions.

When installing software like Visio, the license key will need to be entered manually after installation. How will this be handled in CSD Automation process.
