Do I need to install a plugin or purchase anything to activate HLA? 

Yes, HLA requires a license. Contact your account representative to get pricing.

Is there NowLearning that I can watch to learn more about HLA and the included features? 

A learning path called Health Log Analytics Fundamentals is available for a broad jumpstart on the product.  A shorter version called Health Log Analytics Technical Overview will provide a general understanding of its integration into ITOM.

I think I have a bug or defect with HLA, what do I do? 

If you believe you have encountered a defect with HLA, log a case using the Now Support portal. 

Where can I request a new feature or enhancement for HLA? 

For functionality that you wish to be added to the roadmap, log an idea or vote for one on the Idea portal.
