I can't seem to locate workshop prep guide for Certificate Management.  Does one exist?  Now Create only has Certificate Inventory and Management Deployment Guide available.

Certificate Management Preparation Guides would be much like Discovery's. (Resources, Take NowLearning course and MID Server requirements)    This is a fairly straight implementation that does need a lot of preparation. So therefore, I have not created a Prep Guide or Starter Stories for this product.

The Orchestration link does not seem to be working today.

We no longer support Orchestration content in Now Create. Orchestration  is built into the platform much like Flow designer.  Typically you would not hold a implementation workshop to gather requirements for implementing "Orchestration." 

The best way to see what is available in Now Create is to login to NowLearning, navigate to https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/nowcreate  and Search on Assets type in the topic in the search box.
