So i have updated this and moved it to the service-now share site.
Hey Guys and Gals,
In OOB Orchestration for Active Directory, there is an activity to Add User to Group. And it works great. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. And it has it's uses. However, there is a serious need for the ability to add to multiple groups. Or the ability to add multiple user to a single group, or sometimes, even multiple users to multiple groups.
Wouldn't it be nice if you needed to add 10 users to 10 groups each, you could do that in one single activity, instead of 100 separate activities?

My Setup for testing.....
This was all done and tested on Paris, Orlando, New York and Madrid.
1. I have a VM running Windows Server 2019, acting as a DNS Server and a AD Domain server. (self contained domain)
2. I have a VM running Windows Server 2019 running as the machine holding my Mid Server service. (on the above domain)
3. My personal Developer site has been customized, and reset and wiped for Madrid, New York, Orlando and Paris, only alterations/customization were done to create these activities and test them.
NONE OF THIS WAS DONE IN A CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT, SO MAKE SURE YOU TEST EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY BEFORE MOVING TO PRODUCTION.
CHECK WITH YOUR ACTIVE DIRECTORY TEAM TO MAKE SURE THESE ACTIONS ARE OK WITH THEM.

There are 2 update sets. The first one is the core of both of them and is required.
You must download the first update set via the download link.
these are the core Mid server script files, and 2 custom wf activities.
the 2nd update set is a link in the files section. (MUST HAVE 1ST UPDATE SET TO FUNCTION CORRECTLY)
This contains a custom (global) update set with 1 custom table and some scripting to make this super easy to set up.
If you use the 2nd update set, you will need to edit only 1 property to set the IP address of the Domain Controller.
Both Update Sets have detailed instructions/information from beginning to end.
Reach out if you have questions.
