For the below question,I initially thought a, b, c, and e applied, but it seems that only Identification and Exploration are the phases that can be viewed under the Discovery Log tab.

Which phases can be viewed under Discovery log tab?
Select all that apply
a. Identification
b. Exploration
c. Scanning

@Akhtar

Validate you're leveraging the correct credentials for your discovery

execute a test against the credential you believe you should be leveraging

also, make sure the service account is available on the device you're trying to discovery

You may want to validate the credentials being used during Discovery.

  • Confirm the correct Discovery credentials are configured.
  • Run a credential test from the MID Server to verify authentication.
  • Ensure the service account exists on the target device and has the required permissions.
  • Review the Discovery Status and Discovery Log to check which credential was attempted and if authentication failed.

This should help determine whether the issue is related to credentials or access on the target device.
