Staleness report includes retired CIs

Issue: In the CMDB Health Dashboard, stateless report includes retired CIs

Resolution:

1. Delete all records in the health result (cmdb_health_result_list) table
2. Add system property glide.cmdb.health.src.cmdb_health_audit_only and set to True
3. Run Correctness job

That didn't work for us, still seeing thousands of retired devices being counted as stale.

You can filter the retired devices out with the Health Inclusion Rules in the CI Class Manager.

Would you how we can edit that rule?
The OOTB one that applied to Application and Computer tables now has gone.
