A single MID Server can discovery how many hosts?

Hi Team,

 

Looking from a scalability point of view. How many hosts a single MID server can discover.

Hello @amitkumar32 ,

There’s no fixed limit, but in practice a single well-sized MID Server can handle discovery for roughly 1,000–2,500 hosts depending on hardware, network, and probe complexity. For environments beyond that, best practice is to deploy multiple MID Servers to distribute load and provide redundancy.

the numbers is not fixed and can range from 1,000 to over 10,000+ devices depending on how the MID server is configured and the types of devices being discovered.
