Able to Discover the end point but in that is not discovering Software present inside it.

It sounds like we are running ServiceNow Discovery, and while you can discover the endpoint (CI), you're not getting detailed information like installed software.

Hi,

 

Make sure the user have rights/permission to read the folder where all the installed software are stored on the server.

Try to run the command from mid server using powershell.
