acc.log is missing in Ubuntu device when installing ACC Agent

Hi All,

I am installing ACC agents for UNIX devices, and I was able to install for RedHat and OEL UNIX Devices. However, when I was trying to install the package and start the ACC service to Ubuntu UNIX Devices, it is saying that it is not able to find acc.log. I tried locating it in the directory path, but it is not there.

What I tried doing, but none worked are:

- I also tried reinstalling the package

- I tried manually creating the file

- I tried giving higher permission to the directory path

What possibly could be the cause of this issue, and how to resolve it?

Hi @FriendlyDude

Could you clear the cache and try again as per KB : KB1182043 [ACC] How to clear the Cache on Agent Client Collector

If still not working. Validate the installation steps.
