Hi everyone,
We have installed agent client collector in mac and Windows. We are trying to get software usage details from laptop and desktop . For licensable software, we have enable the property. "sn_acc_vis_content.disable_sam_reclamation_rules_for_licensable_softwares" - True .
After enabling this property, we are seeing few licensable software directly in inserting into Software usage table ( samp_sw_usage ) but there is no entry Software usage staging ( sn_acc_visibility_sam_software_usage_staging ).
For non-licensable ( chrome , firefox ) software i have created a reclamation rule but record is not getting created based on that in samp_sw_usage.
can someone explain how dose ACC works with software usage to gather information and reclamation rules ?
