Alert correlation is not happening.

Hi All,

 

Alert correlation is not happening on my instance, i can see below two properties are already enabled on my instance.

 

Enable alert aggregation for Automated, CMDB and Text based groups
Enable alert aggregation for CI based Automated groups.

 

please let me know do i need to validate anything to correlate the alert as primary and secondary.

I assume CMDB in your environment is made using Discovery N Service Mapping. If Maps are there then CMDB Correlation should work automatically if Alerts are appearing on more than one Components of the Map.

 

Automated Correlation works with historical data.
