HI,
in ITOM Health we noticed that it groups together alerts which have no relationship.
Example, we have a monitoring tool that does sythentic test (checks if the URL is UP).
The server perfroming these tests will always be the same. But, its performing tests of different URLs.
SNOW is grouping all these tests together, how can I tell it to ignore certain events from being grouped?
