Aws window server doesn't found corresponding virtual machine

No  aws virtual machine found via aws cloud discovery corresponding to aws window server found via ip based discovery. Hence no virtualized by relationship getting created.

Hi,

First Cloud Discovery needs to find the virtual machine instances and then horizontal discovery will create the CI relationship when discovering the windows servers. Are the virtual machine instances discovered and populated in the CMDB?

yes virtual machines are getting populated but corresponding servers are not getting discovered. if a run a quick scan on ip discovered by cloud discovery getting an error of "not reachable host".

Hi,

 "not reachable host" means the port scan is not making it through from the MID server to the target ip address. Check the firewalls and routing.
