Hi,
We have a Cloud Resource discovery in place for azure. Azure servers will be related to its VMs. we have server called azwXXXXXXX but its respective VM is not discovering. We also checked that VM is in On State from the Azure Portal.
What could be the issue which is stopping the VMs to be discovered?

Hi Priyanga,
Navigate to Pattern Designer --> Discovery pattern log and check logs for "Azure - Virtual Machine (LP)" pattern execution. You should be able to see any errors which occurred during this pattern execution. This patterns creates the VM instances for Azure
Thanks

So you mean "Azure - Virtual Machine (LP)" pattern was not triggered? This may be due to pattern not active.
Did you activate Discovery Pattern plugins recently? If so there is a chance that many cloud patterns are inactivated. There is a problem ticket already with HI team. https://support.servicenow.com/now?id=form&table=problem&sys_id=7547ed27db3c705014d6fb243996195a

Please follow the KB article mentioned in this problem and activate the patterns. This should solve your issue.
