Before script unable to process records with error message: "payload" is bot defined for sccm import

We are getting the below error while importing the computers through sccm ,importset state is showing as processed but none of the records are processed all are pending state only.

Requesting for any suggestions/help.

Do you have any custom logic for the import? onBefore scripts? Business rules?

Are you using servicenow service graph connector? If yes then check if you have IH ETL. Then check the computer and try to run a sample load. You can find detailed errors in the IH ETL.
