Hi there @Nattaphol Ubols
Good question and Yes, in ServiceNow, you can turn off discovery for specific resources such as Virtual Machine Scale Sets (VMSS) if you do not want to manage them.
First Log in to your ServiceNow instance and navigate to the Discovery application.
In the Discovery application, access the Probe Configuration module.
Look for the discovery pattern associated with Virtual Machine Scale Sets.
Once you've located the VMSS discovery pattern, you can disable it to prevent ServiceNow from discovering VMSS instances. This turns off discovery for VMSS.
After disabling the VMSS discovery pattern, make sure to save your changes to apply the configuration.
If this helps kindly accept the response thanks much
