Certificate Module with Discovery to Sectigo CA

Adam Peterson

We are exploring the Certificate Inventory module and they have a section where you can connect to your Sectigo CA. I am having a hard time getting that setup. Has anyone had experience with that?

Thanks in advance!

I am happy to jump on a call sometime if you want to compare settings.

Still no luck, we have been trying different strategies to set the credentials. @Adam Peterson , if you have availability, maybe we can connect next week to compare settings. I've sent you a PM. Thanks again!

Is that the name of the credential Alias?

This is our latest setup - using the Credential "name", also proper URL:

https://hard.cert-manager.com/api/ssl/v1

Our XML for credentials look like this, you can see that all required attributes are there:

MID servers are able to reach out to URL with success, when performing manual tests with Curl and Postman. MID logs suggest a problem with the pattern/script, not able to handle the "credential" attribute in a good way:

[MIDSystem:35] *** Script: Error while getting Credential information TypeError: Cannot convert null to an object.

Hopefully the SMEs will sort this out. I will keep you guys posted.

@Marcio Olivieri  or @Adam Peterson if either of you have time, I'd love to talk this through and figure this out.  I've wasted a couple more days with little to show for it.

curl to the documented api URL (https://cert-manager.com/api/ssl/v1) just returns a website.  Inside ServiceNow I consistently get the error Certificate List is Empty on a Discovery attempt, which makes sense.
