Hi Alok,

 

we have to integrate ServiceNow with Cherwell in which when we create incident in serivcenow, it will get created in Cherwell.

And when if from cherwell update the incident on there side, same details we need to update in serivenow.

 

How can we achieve it and what will be the pre-requisite for it.

 

we are planning to use REST API.
