CI Computer Lifecyle Management

I would like to start LifeCycle management for cmdb_ci_computer. Anyone can suggest the best practice?

 

What i am looking, all CI Laptop and desktop has the Warranty expired date, 30 day prior expire date a request needs to open in user name to replace the system and it will go respective IT support team for action
