CI not getting bind to the alert

Hello all,

 

Can anyone please help me to resolve the issue: I am unable to bind the CI to the alert.

Below is my scenario:

I have an alert which consist of a Node value for e.g. the Node value is "Rome".

This node is available in ServiceNow Windows table with Name as "Rome"

I have created an Event Rule for which the CI binding is configured as follows (Default setting):

When an alert is created i unable to bind the mentioned server details in Configuration Item field.

Can anyone let me know how to resolve this?
