Conditions in Alert Correlation rules

HI community,

I have a scenario like if two alerts were created, The primary alert need to be tagged as secondary and the recent alert need to be tagged as a primary alert using correlation rules. I am quite confused with the conditions. Can some one suggest me to achieve the scenario.
