Hi Venkat,
This looks likes issue with credentials you are giving for accessing the external application.
Please check the Username and password and try once again.
Thank you

Hi Harish,
I am using basic authentication here. Should I have to use solarwinds instance user name and password ?

Hi Sampath,
Just for clarification which integration are you using REST or SOAP ?
If it is REST integration, then yes in basic authorization you have to set the username and password of the solarwind.
and also check that your midserver is UP (available)
Thank you.
