connection test failed for solarwinds

Hi all,

I am integrating solarwinds with serviceNow event management using OOB connector. In the connector instance I have given proper IP address and active mid server but when tested the connector it is showing following error

Could anyone help me why this error is showing.

Hi Venkatesh,

To resolve this what you can do is :

1). Did you check your mid server is UP ?, you are using right credentials of mid server ?, please check that

2). Which version of servicenow you are using.

I am not sure exactly what might be the issue, but you can find the similar thread here.

You can raise HI ticket for it, they can help you.

Make sure the user that Solarwinds is using has the role x_sow_intapp.integration_user
