Hello Team,
We are getting Correlation IDs is empty on few Cis in computer table.
Please help us how to populate the Correlation IDs on empty CIs.

Hi @sattimsetti,
The "correlation_id" field from a CMDB perspective is used to store the unique identifier from the system ServiceNow is integrated with - typically the source system.
If you're seeing indifferent results from 'computers' for example, you need to check who the records were created. We're they created by your Integration/Integration hub/SCCM etc or manually.
Once you've identified where they records without the correlation_id are being created, you can then review the integration process to make sure that an ID is both present in the source message received, and it is mapped correctly.
