Creating Custom Probes and Sensor for Discovery.

Hi All,

I have been using Service-Now discovery functionality for last 3 -4 months. Gradually moving ahead and skill enchancement propose, I am interested in learning how to customize our probes and sensors for accommodating not supported network devices and other SNMP based device discovery using service-Now.

What is the best possible approach to start learning it. Do we have any documentation or other supported materials that can guide me to achieve this target.

Did you find answer to this? I am looking for basic education to help understand how custom probes and sensors are written for something else but SNMP.
