Hi @Asmita7 ,

1.Many Organizations will built custom patterns if it's needed.

2.Creating a custom pattern in ServiceNow is standard thing. It's advisable to create custom pattern when OOB patterns can't able to discover your  application.

3.No you don't need to create any high tickets for creating this pattern. An user with Discovery_admin role is enough to create this pattern.
