Data Center - Rack table (cmdb_ci_rack), "Rack units in use" calculation?

Hi,

In the Data Center - Rack table (cmdb_ci_rack) there is a field called "Rack units in use"

Now I'm little confused about the calculation for this field, I cant find any?
What I understood is that you define the size(unit) of the Server on the related Server Model in the "Height (U)" filed.

And then I think it should be some logic/BR/scheduled job that will calculates "Rack units in use" data dependent of the related object to the rack. but I cant find any? or am I wrong?

I do not have enough knowledge about this to answer confidently, but I do not see any scripts that is present on my PDI which uses the said field.

There is a rollup definition for the "Rack contains" relationship in the cmdb_rel_rollup table.

Information is available in docs:

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/kingston-servicenow-platform/page/product/configuration-management/task/t_CreateACIRelationRollup.html

Have you used this feature?

Sadly no, not yet.

Only played with it in my dev instance.
