Hi, we are looking at integrating ServiceNow with DigiCert for automated Cert Request fulfillment. We have created a routing policy and chose "/order/certificate/ssl_securesite_flex" as the API URL and when a new Cert is requested a New Certification Task is being created per the routing policy and the right approver group is assigned for approvals. Once the approval is provided it triggers the automated workflow "DigiCert-Certificate Management" and is receiving the following error message:
Error Status: 400 Error Code: zip_required_for_submitted_country Error Message: The postal code (zip) is required for this country.=
Has someone seen this before and how was it resolved?
Thanks for your hlep.

@Sridhar Rao as the error is mentioned, may be you are missing the zip code of the country you are submitting. Check the zip code.

Thanks Mannapuram. But on the Certificate Request form there is no field to provide the Zip Code.
We used the SSLShopper to decrypt the CSR it generates and no where it has the ZIP Code in it.
We have used the same CSR in a different system (Venafi) and requested the cert from Digicert and it worked find without any errors.
Any more thoughts?
