Discovering Aruba Switches and stack switches

Hello

Can some assist here, we are able to discovery  Aruba Switch Model  JL661A and few other properly but issue is that we are not able to discovery the stack inside those and even the Serial number's are also not getting populated.

 

the OID's are already there in the OID table

 

We have series like 7x 9x 5x

Hi Pranita,

 

What I have above is all I did to get the info pulled into ServiceNow. The OIDs will likely differ depending on what models you use. If you do SNMP walk, you should be able to see what OID has the serial number info for the device. You'll use that in your pattern extension. I've found Aruba devices to be rather terrible at having any consistency with OIDs. Also, make sure you're using the debug feature within pattern designer to test the changes you make.
