Discovery Load Balancer Pool is not showing

Hello Team,
So recently I have ran a two discovery and tried to fetch the devices.
The Devices are getting discovered and stored it in the CMDB database, but the LOAD Balancer Pool is showing empty for one for the Devices. Please find the below screenshot

@SayanG838505890 You are running two different discoveries for two different environments. I guess, one is for DEV and another is for PROD. You see the data in DEV but not in PROD. Is this you are asking for?
The permissions for the user used for Discovery, might be different in DEV and PROD or in infrastructure there might not be any Load Balance Pools exists in PROD but they exist in DEV.
Check these.

Hi @SayanG838505890 ,
Before reaching out to the F5 team regarding pool configurations or verifying credential access levels, first enable debug mode in the discovery logs for the F5 pattern. Then, search for the keyword "pools" to check whether the discovery pattern step is successfully retrieving data from both load balancers under test feature. Compare the output for both the load balancer between working and non working one. Please refer to the screenshot below for guidance
