I'd like to use ServiceNow to monitor a system which sends alerts/events in the form of SNMP inform requests. Does the MID SNMP Trap Listener support receiving (and sending acknowledgements for) SNMP inform requests, or does it only support SNMP traps? There's a passing reference in Configure event collection for SNMP traps which begins "When sending an SNMP inform message..." which suggests that maybe it does support inform requests, but everything else only talks about traps so it's not clear one way or the other.
