Enterprise SNMP trap collector

We are currently using IBM Netcool network manager as our enterprise SNMP trap collector and are evaluating alternatives.  Is ServiceNow ITOM Event Management capable of handling 100,000's of snmp traps to process SNMP traps into alerts and incidents?
