I am learning about Service Now, so this integration is not available in the DEMO INSTANCE ? It should be clear to avoid people spending time on this ...

NO this is available for Demo instance but you need MID Server in your client network.

 

I was telling to raise HI ticket for KB article.

Your answers are complex to understand. I have MID SERVER, it is working because I have discovered services and having integrated it with Zabbix and I can see alerts from Zabbix inside SNOW etc ...
