Hello Everyone,
I'm working on configuring an Event Management Connector in my Personal Development Instance using the PRTG Connector. However, I encounter the following error when testing the connector:
Error:
Connection test failed: TypeError: Cannot convert null to an object.
What I've Tried:
Connector Configuration:
- I’ve attached screenshots of the Connector Configuration and the Error Message for reference.
- I’ve attached screenshots of the Connector Configuration and the Error Message for reference.
API Testing in Postman:
- I tested the PRTG API for checking response, and the API responds successfully.
https://127.0.0.1/api/table.json?content=messages&username=prtgadmin&passhash=2865741744
- I tested the PRTG API for checking response, and the API responds successfully.
Date-Time Format Adjustment:
- The API returns the following date-time format: 2024-06-18T20:51:43Z.
- I tried updating the date_format in the connector to "yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ssZ", but the issue persists.
- I even modified the date-time format in PRTG, but the API continues to return the original format.
- Im facing the my browser as well,
5. I suspect the issue might be related to SSL/TLS certificates.
Any insights, guidance, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance for your help.
