The most probabale cause is "Severity" Please check if Events status is error?
When events are created via the TMF 642 API but fail to generate alerts despite an active Event Rule, the issue is typically rooted in data mapping or system state conflicts. Ideally and by default (even without event rule), a landed event in the event table will process and create an alert, but you must define an event to rule to transform your event to an alert.
