Hi,
There are two teams from the customer end. One is infrastructure team and another one is application team from Aws cloudwatch. Already integration done by using push connector REST API. Problem is when the infrastructure team sends a manual payload it's triggering an event in SN, but when application team sends a payload the event is not triggered in SN and showing the error in system log like unexpected token error A.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
Best regards,
Priyanka

When I'm dealing with a situation where a team/source is having issues and getting an error when attempting to send an event into Event Management; it's usually a formatting issue with the event.
I'd usually ask for a sample of the raw payload they are sending over so I can take a look, and I'd take the exact error and have a look.
Are they passing Additional Info? That is the field that trips up the majority of my sources the first time they send it.
